Client sends a digital photo of the portrait subject. 

Abe schedules a planning call to discuss the piece with the client.  Here we choose a medium, establish an estimated date of completion, and confirm pricing.  Client will receive a confirmation email with the information discussed.  

At 60% completion, Abe sends a photograph of the work in progress for a client review. Once the client approves the piece during the review stage, the final portrait is completed within 3-5 days.  

A photograph of the final piece is sent to the client for approval.  Once approved, client makes the commission payment via PayPal or check.  Once payment is received, portraits are wrapped in glassine paper and cardboard prior to shipping.  Abe notifies client of shipping date and tracking information.
